These inspirational necklaces are made with repurposed new bamboo tiles, They are engraved with a laser engraver. The beads are Hemalyke circle beads with the same type of beads but cubed inside the circles. This piece also has Iris color metallic seed beads. On the front of the necklace the bamboo is engraved with LEADER and on the back, and a leader icon on the back!
